Pratik Solanki
Pratik holds a B.Tech. in Metallurgical Engineering from MNIT, Jaipur and an MBA in International Management from the prestigious MDI, Gurugram. He is also a Masters in European Business from ESCP, Berlin, Germany. He has always been passionate about the intersection of education and technology, driven by a desire to revolutionize the way modern education systems are managed worldwide. He leads the strategic direction of the company, overseeing product development, market expansion, and investor relations.
Prior to founding EduSynk, Pratik worked with the various startups and has over 15 years of experience of building products from scratch. He epitomizes the modern EdTech entrepreneur: a visionary leader with a deep understanding of education and technology, a relentless drive to innovate, and a steadfast commitment to making a positive impact on the world.
Suryakant Bansal
Surya leads the development and execution of the company’s technology roadmap, aligning it with business objectives and market trends. He oversees the design, development, and maintenance of the company’s digital products, ensuring they are scalable, user-friendly, and innovative. Surya has a deep understanding of cloud computing, cyber security, and data analytics; strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, allocate resources effectively, and meet deadlines.
Surya holds a Master’s degree in Computer Applications from the prestigious Amity University, Noida and possesses over 10 years of start-up experience, system architecture, and product management. Along with his team, he envisions a future where technology plays a central role in transforming traditional educational models, enabling learners to thrive in the digital age.
Manish Koolwal
An engineering graduate with PGDM in Marketing & Sales Management, Diploma in Financial Management and a Master of Management degree in Information Systems Management from the prestigious MNIT, Jaipur, Manish has over 24 years of vast experience in independently & successfully handing immeasurable spectrum of Technology & Digital Marketing assignments from scratch, including two successful start-ups. He oversees all aspects of marketing, including branding, digital marketing, content creation, and social media management.
Manish is a dynamic marketing strategist with a passion for leveraging technology to revolutionize businesses worldwide. He is responsible for analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and user feedback to continuously optimize marketing initiatives and enhance the overall customer experience. He loves to interact & meet people from various walks of life, exchange ideas and travel.
Pooja Tomar
Pooja is pivotal in establishing and nurturing partnerships with educational institutions, organizations, and individuals to expand our network and drive growth. She oversees the development and management of affiliate programs, collaborates with key stakeholders, and implements strategies to enhance brand visibility and revenue generation. With a proven track record of achieving results and driving business outcomes, she is a creative thinker with a passion for innovation and a willingness to explore new ideas and approaches.
Pooja holds a Bachelor’s degree in Fashion & Information Technology from the prestigious NIFT, Gandhinagar and an MBA in Marketing from Sikkim Manipal University. She has a combined experience of over a decade across diversified domains and is a dynamic and results-oriented individual who leads our efforts to expand our network, drive growth, and make a meaningful impact in the education industry.
