“How to begin” Training: This demonstrates general use of the EduSynk ERP solution, including entering data and running reports.

New User Training: This is a formalized ‘hands-on’ instruction for a group of primary users.

“Train the Trainer”: As the name suggests, this is an intensive program of training designed for the staff which will eventually train end user.

Module Specific Training: We also provide any module specific training as and when required.

Data Migration

Migrating data from existing systems can be a big challenging and cumbersome task. Our team helps you with planning and execution of the migration of data from existing systems to the new software. We also ensure data integrity and accuracy throughout the migration process and help with validation and reconciliation of migrated data to ensure it aligns with the school’s requirements. Our change management team develops a plan to facilitate the adoption of the new software and communicating changes to the stakeholders and users, addressing any concerns or resistance.

Client Support

Our responsive customer support ensures that schools receive timely assistance whenever they encounter issues or have inquiries. All clients have access to EduSynk helpdesk support and they can definitely rely on us to provide prompt, friendly assistance. The support center staff is an in-house fully trained team of professionals at the Tech office. They are capable of troubleshooting problems and providing solutions at the earliest possible. They also maintain documentation and knowledge bases to assist in resolving common issues.
