    Job Summary

    You will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, as well as expanding our existing client base.

    Responsibilities

    • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and potential customers.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, including educational institutions, businesses, and other organizations.
    • Develop and execute strategies for acquiring new clients and expanding our business offerings to existing clients.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer success, to develop and implement sales strategies.
    • Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to ensure successful closure of deals.
    • Attend industry events and conferences to generate new leads and promote our products and services.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and use this knowledge to inform sales strategies and product development.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
    • 1+ years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the Ed-tech industry.
    • Strong understanding of SaaS products and services, as well as the Ed-tech industry.
    • Proven track record of successfully identifying and closing new business deals.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
    • Strong negotiation skills and experience negotiating complex contracts.
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales management software.

    Technical Account Manager

    Job Summary

    You will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with our enterprise-level clients, ensuring that they are satisfied with our services and addressing any technical issues they encounter.

    Responsibilities

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned enterprise-level clients, establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.
    • Ensure that clients are fully utilizing our SaaS platform and provide guidance and support to optimize their usage.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reported by clients, working with internal technical teams to identify and implement solutions.
    • Act as a liaison between clients and internal departments, such as product development, customer success, and sales.

    • Ensure that clients receive timely and effective communication regarding product updates, maintenance, and support.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in any stream.
    • 2+ years of experience in a technical account management or customer success role.

    Job Summary

    Responsibilities

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop user interfaces using HTML, CSS, React.js, Angular, and other front-end frameworks.
    • Ensure that all UI components are responsive, accessible, and optimized for performance.
    • Write clean, maintainable code following best practices and coding standards.
    • Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to other developers.
    • Analyse and maintain existing software applications.

    Highly skilled full stack developer, who is responsible for developing and maintaining our SaaS products, working on APIs, and developing innovative solutions to meet our customer’s needs. Successful candidate will be proficient in .NET, Angular, Xamarin Forms, C#, Postgres SQL, and will have a solid understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
