How it works?

The referral program for EduSynk Education Management is designed to create mutually beneficial relationships with organizations or individuals who are interested in promoting our software to educational institutions. Here’s a general overview of how the program works:

Enrollment

Individuals or organizations interested in referring EduSynk sign up for the referral program through a simple online registration process given at the bottom of this page.

Unique Referral Code

Upon enrollment, each referrer receives a unique referral link or code in his email, which can be used by the potential customer for subscribing to EduSynk Education Management.

Referral Process

The referrer shares the unique link or code with potential customers, who then visits EduSynk website, requests a demo and uses the referral code during the process.

Tracking & Verification

EduSynk tracks all referred customers using the unique links or codes. Upon a successful sale (completion of purchase and implementation), the referral is verified.

Terms & Conditions

Eligibility – Open to all individuals & organizations that may or may not be existing users; educational consultants, and others with relevant networks. Referrers must be of legal age and comply with local laws and regulations.

Referral Validity – Referrals must be new customers not previously in contact with EduSynk sales team and they must complete the purchase and implementation process for the referrer to qualify for the reward

Reward Distribution – Rewards are distributed after the successful sale and completion of the customer’s onboarding process. Monetary rewards are subject to tax laws and regulations.

Limitations – Referrer is entitled for only one reward per referred customer. EduSynk may cap the number of referrals per referrer per year.

Program Changes – EduSynk reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice to the participants.

Fraud Prevention – Any fraudulent activity, such as self-referrals or fake accounts, will disqualify the referrer and result in forfeiture of rewards.

Training & Support

Initial Training – Training sessions will be conducted to educate referrers about the features, benefits, and value propositions. Marketing materials such as brochures, email templates, and demo videos would be shared.

Ongoing Support – We have a support team for referrers to assist with questions and issues. They will also be sharing regular updates on program performance and tips for successful referrals.

Reward Distribution – Rewards are distributed after the successful sale and completion of the customer’s onboarding process. Monetary rewards are subject to tax laws and regulations.

Marketing Resources – You’ll be having access to all our marketing resources in order to promote EduSynk properly. We can also discuss about personalized promotional content tailored for specifically for the referrers.
